For a quick delivery of an unsigned book (usually within a week), I suggest you to order directly from the publisher at AUTHORHOUSEBOOKSTORE. However, if you would like a signed copy of this book, use this order form for ordering direct from me.

Fill out the inscription you would like and I will personally write it along with my signature and get your copy off to you ASAP (usually within 2 to 3 weeks after your order is received).
